Last night around 9:00 p.m., the husband of a tenant of my apartment brought me a California roll. I was surprised. I had no idea that a Japanese sushi restaurant existed in a rural Texas town. The Mexican tenant spoke only a little English, but he had worked in a Japanese sushi restaurant for more than two years. In a year he worked in the kitchen and in another year, he worked in the sushi counter.<\/p>\n
To our surprise, the sushi restaurant\u2019s owner has three sushi restaurants in San Antonio and eight in McAllen. The all restaurants are very busy and actually, he is working 6 days a week.<\/p>\n

The owner is Japanese. I do not know his name, but I was impressed by his courage and willingness to take on a challenge. Safety and self-preservation are a step backward. Companies that can expand their business to the world are desired in the future. Language barriers are not an obstacle to overseas expansion.
